Requests are reviewed by the Community School Facilitator. Resources and items are provided based on availability and individual need. Completing a request does not guarantee that all requested items or services will be available.
MEET YOUR COMMUNITY SCHOOL FACILITATOR
The Community School Facilitator works collaboratively with students, families, school staff, and community partners to identify needs, coordinate resources, develop partnerships, and create opportunities that support student achievement, family engagement, and overall student well-being.
